Notes
* The tape data at Kagoshima are in JST before 1992 and in UT after 1993.
* At ATH, the antenna was set near the building from February 26, 2012 to September 25, 2012, so that the data becomes highly noisy in this interval.
* At ATH, the spectral plots and spectral binary data were slightly incorrect up to August 12, 2013, because the lower byte of the binrary data was treated as signed integer. It should be treated as unsigned integer. This cause error up to 256 digit in 65536 digit (two-byte integer data).
* For Istok, GPS synchronization seems to be failed. It was found on
March 5, 2019. The PC clock of the VLF and riometer is less than 1 minute
different from correct time. This error was corrected at 06 UT on March 5, 2019.
This error may be caused at the power failure on September 20, 2018.
* At GAK, GPS synchronization of the VLF PC clock seems to be failed from Jan.24, 2023. We noticed it on Feb.3, 2023, and corrected the clock. The error of the clock was as below.

* At ATH, the time correction of the VLF PC clock was not performed after 2022/11/10, 07:29:03UT. We noticed it on Feb.6, 2023, and corrected the clock. The clock was 2.157 second delayed from the correct time at 2023/02/06, 23:49:00UT.
* At ATH, the time correction of the VLF PC clock was not performed after 2023/05/23, 09:39UT. We noticed it on Sept.13, 2023 and corrected the clock. The clock was several tens seconds difference from the correct time on 2023/09/13.
* At OUJ, automatic PC clock correction did not work from 23:51:22 UT on Sept.20, 2023 to 04:52:59UT on Nov.17, 2023. The clock adjust at 04:52:59UT on Nov.17, 2023 shows a time lag (PC - GPS time) was 51593.4121ms which was corrected.
* at OUJ, automatic PC clock correction did not work from 04:52:59 UT on Nov.17, 2023 to 03:23:40UT on Nov.22, 2023. The clock adjust at 03:23:40 UT on Nov.22 shows a time lag (PC - GPS time): 5075.9898ms which was corrected.
